Our glass cover has reached product testing requirement by passed Heat Stability Test, Shock- Impact Test & Breaking Test.

Division	Test Condition
Heat Stability Test	Heat a sample with thickness of 4mm or 5mm in a electric oven to 250°C for 30mins. Then take out the sample and put into 25°C water.
Shock-Impact Test	Place a sample with thickness of 3 mm or 3.2mm on the center of a platform, freely fall a steel ball of 225g from 1 m height and hit the center of the arched surface of sample.
Breaking Test	After Breaking sample, the maximum quality of particle of the sample should be not less than 4.5g
